Here's a quick guide about how to submit a support ticket to our team on Discord.
Step 1: Get a Discord Account & Join Our Server
First, make sure you have a Discord account. If not, sign up for one here. After setting up your account, join our server using this link: https://discord.gg/y7gCC3UTzK
Step 2: Navigate to "open-ticket" Channel
Find the "open-ticket" channel listed on the left side of your Discord window and click on it.
Step 3: Submit Your Ticket
Click the "Create Ticket" button at the bottom of the "open-ticket" channel.
This action starts a private thread for your issue, suitable for Bug Reports, Account Issues, Stuck Sessions, Partnership Requests, etc.
