RunDiffusion makes it easy to run multiple OpenSource Application sessions at the same time. This is perfect for testing different workflows, comparing results, or running separate projects in parallel.
Why do I need multiple sessions?
Launching multiple sessions is especially useful when working on projects that require significant processing time. For example:
- Running long Deforum animations or audio reactive videos in ComfyUI
- Performing high resolution upscaling which may take several minutes
- Creating text to video or image to video generations
- Using video to video generation with ControlNet or AnimateDiff in ComfyUI
- Testing multiple workflows side by side in ComfyUI
These tasks can take time to render. Running multiple sessions lets you stay productive while waiting for results
Option 1: Launch from the Loading Screen
If you know that you will need multiple sessions you can launch several sessions at the same time.
On the OpenSource Application page select your application of choice and click select.

Complete the settings you would like for your setting and click Launch.

While your session is launching you can click on Multi Session this will bring out a side bar on the right side.

This sidebar will list multiple sessions that you have running on your account. Click Launch Another Session this will load a second browser tab with the opensource application page. You can then select which application and settings you wish to launch.

Option 2: Add More Sessions After Launch
If you are already inside a running session and you realize that you'll need to launch additional sessions. Click on the Manage Multiple Session button on the left side.

Then click Launch Another Session. This will launch a second tab where you can select your application to launch.

Then choose your application and launch settings.
